Vegetation and biodiversity offsets
We are the most experienced offset team in Queensland, facilitating more than 2,000 hectares of approved offsets. We can take on the ongoing management of offsets once they are secured and have managed (for conservation purposes) more than 300,000 hectares of vegetation on privately owned land.
Fixed costs and risk management
Through the use of a government-approved trust fund, we fix the costs of managing the vegetation for the duration of the project and take on the legal and vegetation management risks. This includes potential impacts from policy changes, inflation, fire, flood and weed invasion.
This protects your exposure to the outcome of the offset as the trust accepts the practical responsibility to manage the vegetation.

We employ a dedicated, experienced and multi-disciplinary team offering unique, holistic and practical offset solutions. Our people focus solely on managing and restoring offset sites such as weed control work, tree planting, direct seeding, fencing and fire management.
Our team is familiar with relevant state and commonwealth legislation, local plans and offset policies. We have experience negotiating with regulators and protecting vegetation through legal instruments such as land title and covenants, and have developed offsets for more than 20 listed threatened species, endangered and of concern regional ecosystems, marine vegetation and koala habitats.
